Murray river Skiing 2011

Lucky I went on the biscuit with Lozza. Mark only went slow.....not !!! But after we were both exhausted he took it a bit easier.
Pressure was on Tim to brave the water. He made sure the spa was on and hot before getting on with Skid.

I think Skid was trying to tell Tim something.

Hang on I think was the message.

Beer Skid?? Bundy Tim ??? "Just Perfect"

Murray River Skiing 2011

Thats it Ernie's done. Last time he will challenge Mel !!
Neil's attempt at one ski. Got up after several attempts and lasted for a little while.

I think I swallowed half the river.

Skid's big cut back looked almost "Just Perfect".

Almost..

Murray River Cruise January 2011

"Just Perfect"(not) Ernie ....had a go at a dry start. I think he was trying to go one better that Melinda. Only because he said he would go for a ski if she did.
Like a duck to water. Melinda on one ski disappeared up the river on a marathon effort.

Rick does it like a pro. Bridge to bridge next ??

Another pass.

You should have bought a bigger boat Mark !!! More legroom required.

Murray River Cruise January 2011

Off further up the Murray to Mannum. Rotten tour day ??
Pulled into Mannum for a game of Golf. The men played, the women shopped and checked out the cafe's.
The 14th was named after Rick, another par 4 with a bloody dog leg !!!

The greens were good, the puting bad.

Group shot. Then the long walk back to the boat for a well deserved coldie. "Just Perfect"

Murray River Cruise and Cocos Golfers Reunion January 2010

New Years Eve was celebrated at Mark's parents modest riversider. Frank and Maria were great hosts and made sure everyone did not go hungry.!!! Frank gave us a tour of his distillery and after several tastings of his drop partial numbness set it . Next door gave us a fireworks display at midnight. Looked like a bit of Cocos style as some of the fireworks went sideways !!!
Shopping for the trip. Too many cooks here

Preparing to board "Just Perfect"

May as well get some chipping practice in.

After the rundown on how to drive the boat we were off up the river. Captain Clarkie took the wheel and negotiated his way through the traffic, under bridges and steamed until sunset.
First night parking and roping was carried out "Just Perfect"
