Mt Isa underground hospital dug after the bombing of Darwin by the Japanese. Mt Isa was a target as it was supplying all the copper.

All the things on the shelves were discovered still inside when they re-opened the entrance

From here we are off to Boulia. Woke up to the sound of rain on the camper.

Packed up a sightly wet camp and headed south into some road warnings.

From Boulia we hope to get to the Diamantina National park. Ranked in the best top 10 in Aus.
